Free FedEx Next Day Shipping and Insurance
We understand that purchasing diamond jewelry is an exciting purchase. And that you want to receive your purchase as soon as possible. That is why we ship all orders by Federal Express Next Day shipping--at no cost to you. And to protect your purchase during shipping, we insure every shipment until you receive the shipment and sign for it.
Lifetime Ring Re-Sizing
Except as provided below, every ring purchased through Desert Brilliance can be re-sized as many times as necessary throughout your lifetime without charge. You will be responsible for shipping the ring to us. (We highly recommend that you insure the shipment to us in case your shipment becomes lost.) We require a $20 shipping and handling charge which covers processing and insured shipping back to you. If you would like to have a ring re-sized, please contact us at questions@desertbrilliance.com and we will provide instructions on how to return the ring to us. Men's wedding bands made of tungsten or titanium cannot be re-sized.
Rhodium Plating
Rhodium is a precious metal that is a member of the platinum family. Rhodium electroplating is commonly used in the jewelry industry on white gold to provide a surface that will resist scratches and tarnish, and give a white, reflective appearance. All of our white gold jewelry is rhodium plated at no additional cost. Rhodium plating can wear off depending on the amount of wear on your jewelry giving it a dull appearance. We will re-plate any piece of white gold jewelry purchased from Desert Brilliance as many times as necessary throughout your lifetime to keep your jewelry looking like new.
