Is buying a diamond online safe?
Buying online with Desert Brilliance is the most safe and cost effective way to purchase jewelry or diamonds. Every purchase is fully insured and comes complete with a third party certification and appraisal. Do you carry conflict diamonds?
Desert Brilliance is proud to offer only diamonds purchased through the Kimberly Process, which tracks diamonds from the mining stage to market to ensure that diamonds are conflict free. How long will my order take to process?
Pre-made jewelry items including most earrings, necklaces, bracelets and men's wedding bands, will generally ship within two business days of our receipt of your order. Engagement rings generally take five to seven business days because our certified jewelers make all engagement rings when the order is placed. All orders are insured and shipped by FedEx Next Day.
What is the return policy?

What is a diamond certificate?
No two diamonds are alike and the value of each stone is determined by its unique characteristics. All of our diamonds over half a carat are certified by private, third-party gemological laboratories. A certificate of the inspection will be sent along with your diamond confirming the quality of your stone. These certificates ensure that you are receiving the exact diamond you paid for.
Is an appraisal the same as a certificate?
Diamond or jewelry appraisals are not the same as a certificate. An appraisal is a statement of value prepared by Desert Brilliance gemologists. Each order will be accompanied by an appraisal for insurance purposes.
How do I know I am getting the diamond I selected?
Diamonds have unique characteristics that distinguish them from any other stone. These distinguishing marks are recorded in the appraisal and diamond certificate report which are included in every purchase and confirm the stone you ordered online is the same one that was shipped to you. Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged on purchases shipped to Arizona.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, charge by phone, Google checkout or PayPal.
Will you make a custom piece of jewelry?
Yes. Desert Brilliance can create any type of custom jewelry. Please visit our Custom Order page to request custom jewelry.
How do I know which ring size to order?
Use the ring sizing chart which can be printed off on the education page.
Can I see the diamond before I buy it?
Diamonds are not available for preview; however, if you are not satisfied with the stone you may return it within 30 days.
How will my diamond be shipped?
All purchases other than shipments to APO/FPO addresses are shipped by FedEx Next Day delivery at no additional cost. Special shipping requests or instructions can be accommodated.
Do you ship internationally?
Desert Brilliance currently only ships to destinations in the United States
Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days, although actual delivery times may vary.
Am I liable for the diamond during shipment?
No. You are not liable for your purchase during transit. Desert Brilliance insures all purchases at no additional cost to you until delivery is confirmed.
